Every culture has their own range and versions of these delicacies, as well as recipe variations from individual to individual. At the Aberfoyle Butcher we make all our own puddings, to traditional Scottish recipes, using only the best of ingredients. Many believe that manufactured products like puddings and sausages are a way of utilising all the “leftover” scraps, but this only gives an inferior product – the raw ingredients are crucial. We make Black Puddings, White (meally) Puddings, Fruit Puddings….and of course, Haggis.
