All our sausages and burgers are made by hand from our own quality stock, fresh daily, to traditional recipes using time honoured methods, but utilising the very latest technology, and no additives or artificial ingredients. We have a huge selection of sausages to choose from and make a sausage to suit every palate, from traditional Lorne or breakfast Pork Links, to Venison, to Argentine Chorizo, and everything imaginable in between, in all shapes and sizes!

Our burgers are a little different too – these are real gourmet burgers. Again we offer a range of textures for your delight, from Mediterranean Lamb to a pure Steak Burger with controlled salt and fat content for the health conscious.
