TRADITIONAL BEEF
Our beef could come from Aberdeen Angus, which is renowned for its marbling and flavour, or Highland Cattle, for a more distinct flavour and pronounced texture alongside lower cholesterol levels.

However we offer a far larger range of breeds than this and only take them when they are at their best, when they are truly reflective of their breed. The one thing they all have in common is that the farmers that raise them are all committed to raising the best and comply with the strictest health and hygiene codes, and animal welfare policies.....read more
